Faktor Faktor Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pemanen Kelapa Sawit Di Perkebunan PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

Abstract

Through exports which generate a significant trade surplus, it has played a crucial role in the country's economic structure. This research aims to systematically identify and analyze the factors that influence the work productivity of oil palm fruit harvesting employees at PT. Jatim Jaya Perkasa, which is located in Rokan Hilir Regency. Multiple linear regression is an equation model that explains the relationship between the dependent variable (Y) and the independent variable (X). The research population was employees of oil palm fruit harvesters at PT Jatim Jaya Perkasa, Rokan Hilir Riau. The number of respondents studied was 60 harvester employees. Primary data was collected directly from the object under study by giving questionnaires to harvester employees. Secondary data is obtained indirectly, such as journals, magazines, books, statistical data and from the internet which are related to the problem being studied. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire. Data analysis technique using quantitative descriptive analysis. Work Motivation influences Work Productivity as seen from the Sig value. 0.020 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. The work environment influences work productivity as seen with a significance value of 0.000, which is certainly smaller than 0.05. Skills influence work productivity as seen from the significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Work Motivation, Work Environment and Skills simultaneously influence Work Productivity. This can be seen from Sig. 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and the value of Fcount > Ftable (36.944 > 2.77)
