Abstract

This research aims to determine farmers' perceptions of organic farming and the indicators that influence farmers' perceptions of organic farming in East Bulotalangi Village, East Bulango District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research was conducted in October 2023. This type of research is quantitative and qualitative descriptive research using survey methods. The data collection method uses in-depth interviews using questionnaires. There are 7 indicators that were used as material for interviews with farmers, some of the indicators are the extent to which farmers believe that organic farming is more environmentally friendly compared to conventional farming methods, the most answers believe it with a percentage of 45.7% (16 people), the other indicator is the results of farming Organic farming produces quality and healthier products than non- organic farming, the most answers agree with a percentage of 37.1%. Farmers mostly give feedback that organic farming is good because it is environmentally friendly but difficult to implement because maintenance and growth are slower than when they implement conventional farming
