Limited digital literacy and English language skills among elementary school teachers present a significant challenge in developing innovative and contextual teaching media, especially in schools with restricted access to educational technology. The community service partner in this program was SD Negeri 17 Tanjung Selamat, which demonstrated an urgent need for practical and sustainable educational technology training. This service activity aimed to enhance teachers' capacity to design interactive teaching media using Canva and Powtoon, integrating simple English elements appropriate for elementary-level students. The implementation method consisted of three main stages: needs assessment through questionnaires and interviews, a two-day intensive offline training focused on exploring application features, and a two-week online and offline mentoring phase to support the application of training outcomes. The results showed that 91% of participating teachers successfully created digital teaching media through interactive presentations or animated learning videos. Participants' average knowledge scores significantly improved from the pre-test (45.6) to the post-test (82.1), and most reported increased confidence in using digital tools for teaching. Challenges such as limited internet access, time constraints, and technical difficulties were noted as important feedback for future program improvements. This success was further reinforced by forming an online teacher-learning community, a key component of program sustainability. The program proved to be effective and has the potential to be replicated in other elementary school contexts facing similar challenges in digital learning transformation.
