One of the activities of the Faculty of Economics Management Study Program at the University of Simalungun is Community Service. Where, in this case it is conveyed that this is an assignment activity from the Operational Management course. Here, it can be seen that this community service is Assistance for Cassava Chips MSMEs to Increase Sales Turnover in the Digital Age of Pematangsiantar City. We do this assistance so that Cassava Chips MSMEs can increase sales turnover with several models of things that we teach, such as from the aspects of marketing, finance, and human resources. Here we introduce various marketing strategies, basic introduction to finance, and selection of human resources that can help Cassava Chips MSMEs in Pematangsiantar City so that they can attract visitors to come to the Cassava Chips Business.
