Abstrak

Freedom of learning is learning that involves students in determining goals and giving choices of learning methods and jointly reflecting on the learning process and outcomes. The independent learning policy is a step to transform education for the realization of Indonesia's Superior Human Resources (HR) that have a Pancasila Student Profile. The author thinks that there needs to be training on workshops and socialization of independent learning at SD Negeri 091254 Batu Onom Pematangsiantar. Hard skills must be accompanied by qualified soft skills. With the increase in socialization, teachers in schools can affect students' interest in learning and learning outcomes. Therefore, it is necessary to hold workshops, trainings, and socialization for teachers of SD Negeri 091254 Batu Onom Pematangsiantar so that teachers' soft skills can develop and improve. One of the trainings is a learning socialization training with the concept of independent learning while improving the soft skills of teachers of SD Negeri 091254 Batu Onom Pematangsiantar.
