Analisis Financial Rumah Produksi Kopi SAABAS di Kecamatan Pamatang Sidamanik Kabupaten Simalungun

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan dan kelayakan rumah produksi kopi SAABAS di Kecamatan Sidamanik Kabupaten Simalungun. Responden  dalam penelitian ini adalah rumah produksi kopi SAABAS. Metode analaisis data menggunakan NPV, IRR dan Net B/C. Hasil penelitian rata-rata penerimaan yang didapatkan dari hasil penjualan kopi greenbean dan roastbean pada periode tahun 2018-2021 sebesar Rp.467.925.000/tahun, dan pendapatan yang didapatkan oleh rumah produksi kopi SAABAS sebesar Rp. 350.685.000. Berdasarkan perhitungan NPV = 1.101.837.100, IRR = 26%, dan Net B/C = 11,02, untuk itu diperoleh NPV > 0, IRR > Suku Bunga dan Net B/C > 1 maka rumah produksi kopi SAABAS dinyatakan layak untuk diusahakan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the production costs, revenue, income and feasibility of the SAABAS coffee production house in Sidamanik District, Simalungun Regency. The respondents in this study were the SAABAS coffee production house. The data analysis method uses NPV, IRR and Net B/C.The results of the research on the average revenue obtained from the sale of greenbean and roastbean coffee in the period 2018-2021 amounted to Rp.467,925,000/year, and the income earned by the SAABAS coffee production house was Rp. 350,685,000. Based on the calculation of NPV = 1,101,837,100, IRR = 26%, and Net B/C = 11.02, for this reason, NPV > 0, IRR > Interest Rate and Net B/C > 1, the SAABAS coffee production house is declared feasible to be cultivated
