PROGRAM PENYULUHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN SERTIFIKAT HALAL DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN DAYA SAING UMKM

Abstrak

One of Indonesia's vision and mission focuses on becoming the center of the world's halal industry and the main market in the world trade in halal products. Thus, the BPJPH (Halal Product Guarantee Agency) of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia launched one of the halal product certificate acceleration programs in the form of SEHATI 2023 (Free Halal Certificate 2023) which offers an easy, fast and free halal certification process for business actors. This Community Service Program aims to provide counseling and assistance regarding the importance of halal certification to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially the Women Farmers group in the RW 02 area, Kelurahan Pabuaran Mekar, Kecamatan Cibinong, Bogor Regency, West Java. This outreach activity provides an understanding regarding the influence of the halal label on product sales, as well as steps to apply for halal certification to the Ministry of Religion through the SIHALAL application in the SEHATI (Free Halal Certification) program to increase the competitiveness and quality of halal products for MSME Women Farmers in RW 02 Kelurahan Pabuaran Mekar.
