PENERAPAN TES PSIKOTEST UNTUK MENGETAHUI MINAT DAN BAKAT PADA SISWA SMA NEGERI 1 PEMATANG BANDAR

Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the Application of Psychotest Tests to Determine Interests and Talents in Students of SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Bandar. This research is a research with this service method is carried out by giving a test of students' interests and talents to see the potential of the majors to be chosen. This activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Pematang Bandar, Badar Masilam sub-district, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province with the target of 53 XII grade high school students with the consideration that these students will continue to Higher Education with an allocation of 1 hour of activity implementation. Interest and talent measurement tools through Scholastic Talent, namely the Literacy, Numeracy and Reasoning test, the General Ability test, namely the SPM intelligence test and the Advanced Study / Career Interest test. Based on the test results related to General Ability, Scholastic Aptitude, and Interest in Further Studies, recommendations for recommended majors and college majors are compiled. A report on the results of the psychological test is given to each psychological assessment participant and a recapitulation of all students who participated is given to the two partners in this community service.
