The education that children feel is not yet optimal. Children do not master basic concepts in counting. Counting is a mathematical skill that everyone must develop and master from an early age. For children, counting is a boring lesson, therefore interesting and fun learning strategies are needed. Counting is one of the cognitive abilities that children need to master. Primary school (SD) education in Indonesia currently requires that students, apart from being able to read, must also be able to count. Therefore, numeracy skills as a basic ability must be possessed and developed. The sub-district of Shower Pinang Sibolga Sambas is in the city of Sibolga. Where in this sub-district there are elementary school children who are still poor at calculating and even have difficulty completing calculations in mathematics learning.
