Copyright Notice

The conditions that must be met by the author are as follows:

  1. The author retains the copyright and grants the journal the right to first publish the manuscript simultaneously under a license under the Creative Commons Attribution License which allows others to share the work with a statement of authorship and initial publication in this journal
