The validity of the agreement is mutually agreed and there is an agreement between the parties. The sale and purchase agreement must meet the requirements for the validity of an agreement regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code. The binding power of buying and selling transactions according to the Civil Code and the ITE Law is related to the legal agreement of the binding power of buying and selling transactions between the parties in Article 1320 of the Civil Code and Article 18 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law. As well as a comparison of legal actions as a result of legal actions in the Civil Code and the ITE Law which have similarities, if a legal action occurs then a lawsuit is filed in Article 1365 of the Civil Code, Article 39 of the ITE Law and the difference regarding compensation in article 1234 of the Civil Code and claims in Article 45A of Law Number 19 of 2016.
