Financial reports are very important in running a business. The problem faced by Bumnag Maju Bersama is the inability to prepare financial reports. Various laws and regulations relating to the management of Village-Owned Enterprises have been issued, including those regarding the preparation of financial reports. Limited knowledge and low human resource capabilities mean that managers of Village-Owned Enterprises are unable to prepare standard financial reports based on accounting principles. The method used in providing this assistance is in 3 stages, namely the first stage, namely observing and determining the schedule (run down) of activities, the Service Team and the assisted partners agree on the activity schedule. The second stage is delivering material about Village-Owned Enterprises and the third stage is providing direct assistance in preparing the financial reports of BUMNag Maju Bersama. Based on the BUMNAG data, journalizing is carried out, ledger posting and financial reports are produced which are in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards. The report prepared by the BUMNag Management will be presented to the village meeting. After completing the presentation in the village meeting, and the village meeting can receive the accountability report from the BUMNag Management, then the report is submitted to the Regency Government.
